Vietnamese Menu: Spotlight on Pho $125
The depth and complexity of texture and flavor are what make pho so alluring. In this summery class we’ll make Vegetable Summer Rolls, Pork & Shrimp Dumplings, and Beef Pho including the rich bone broth from scratch. Che Chuoi (Vietnamese Tapioca Banana Pudding) for dessert! Local beer and wine is served with every class.
Cancellation Policy: We have a strict 1 week cancellation policy for all of our events. Up 1 week before the event, a full refund will be provided. Date and event transfers are allowed up to 3 days before the event subject to a $25 per ticket transfer fee.
