Yes, we should all be eating less meat, but when that craving strikes and you spend some money on a nice steak, you don't want to mess it up. This class focuses on how to sauté meat and make a pan sauce. We'll also make a salad with vinaigrette, Roasted Potatoes and Brussels Sprouts and for dessert, caramelized Pears with ice cream. Local beer and wine is served with every class.
Cancellation Policy: We have a strict 1 week cancellation policy for all of our events. Up 1 week before the event, a full refund will be provided. Date and event transfers are allowed up to 3 days before the event subject to a $25 per ticket transfer fee.
