Technique: Fresh Pasta $125

When you bite into fresh, homemade pasta, there’s that pause when you just can’t help but stop talking and savor its deliciousness. How can two ingredients taste so sublime? Well, they do. We'll make Linguine alla Vongole (Clam Sauce), Butternut Squash Ravioli and Pappardelle Bolognese. Local beer and wine is served with every class. 

Cancellation Policy:  We have a strict 1 week cancellation policy for all of our events.  Up 1 week before the event, a full refund will be provided.  Date and event transfers are allowed up to 3 days before the event subject to a $25 per ticket transfer fee.
