In our Secrets Classes, we’ll prepare a 3-course meal that highlights these tips. Which pans, knives, gadgets do you really need? How should you stock your pantry? How can you organize your fridge like a chef? What can you prepare ahead? Timing—the bane of every home cook’s mealtime: what can hold or be reheated? What can’t? How can you tell if something must be thrown out or is merely under a controlled fermentation? Local beer and wine is served with every class.
Cancellation Policy: We have a strict 1 week cancellation policy for all of our events. Up 1 week before the event, a full refund will be provided. Date and event transfers are allowed up to 3 days before the event subject to a $25 per ticket transfer fee.
