Advanced Knife Skills: An Introduction to Butchery at Home $125

What's the difference between a filleting knife and a boning knife? Do you really need a cleaver? Poultry shears? A little knowledge goes a long way and saves a lot of money. Each student will learn how to bone out a chicken, fillet a fish, and French a rack of lamb. Dinner will be served. Locan beer and wine is served with every class.

Cancellation Policy:  We have a strict 1 week cancellation policy for all of our events.  Up 1 week before the event, a full refund will be provided.  Date and event transfers are allowed up to 3 days before the event subject to a $25 per ticket transfer fee.
